If you're referring to true warts caused by HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), and you're currently pregnant WITH warts, you absolutely need to be treated for them before the birth of your child. HPV warts can not be treated by antibiotics and there is no "cure" for the condition. Your doctor must either burn/ice/cut them off if they're extensive, or you can apply a specially formulated cream to the area.
Having warts present during a vaginal delivery can in some cases cause your child to develop lesions in their mouth and throat from the virus. You reduce the risk to almost zero by having them removed.

if u have genital warts its fine during pregnancy it will not harm the baby however towards the end of pregnancy the Dr will give u anti- biotics to protect the baby during delievery. because during delivery once the baby becomes in contact with the warts or herpes ( which u will probably be tested for to be on the safe side) yor baby can then become very sick.
so dont worry about the pregnancy just make sure u let your Dr know so they can figure how to treat u before the baby is born they might decide on c- section...

Genital warts or herpes complex 2? Genital warts is usually from HPV and your doctor can give you something to get rid of it, With herpes, you can take Valtrex and they will be gone and usually not reappear. Most times neither effect the baby but go see an Ob/Gyn just in case.

What is the question? If you have the warts the doctor will probably try to remove them. Your baby should be fine and unaffected by them.

Many pregnant women get them because their body is trying to fight off the foreign 'being' that is growing inside their body.
