Just to make a few extra bucks, I wondering if it would be at all profitable and legally ok to sell DVD's containing choice video clips found on sites likes Collegehumor, Ebaumsworld, and other simialr sites through like an ebay account? Do you think anyone would buy them or are you of the belief that if there was much of a demand for it, others would be doing it already? Thanks for any suggestions.

If any of it is copywritten the answer is no. It would be illegal for you to sell it. If it's not copywritten it's not illegal, but you may end up getting sued for trying to profit off of someone's intellectual property. I think there are way too many free services where people can get these videos, like collegehumor, ebaumsworld, and youtube, to support any attempt to profit from their sale.

Um.... you already know that little demonstrate screen they practice on the initiating of the movie... the single that talks with reference to the FBI warning, and the copyrights... that quite could desire to respond to your question actual there, yet hey, i will answer too... it is against the regulation. you would be advertising a duplicate of the copyright holders product. there will be great fines to pay, and damages owed to the copyright holder once you're caught.

Selling Video's is illegal if you downloaded or copied them. It's even illegal to upload copyrighted video's and DVD's.

Profitable - possibly, but probably not very. Legal - definitely not.
