my voucher was stolen in mexico?

how do i get re-instated with a voucher to secondary education. all of my papers were stolen. the voucher was supplied by the state of california.

The state should have a copy. Contact the state board of education and they should be able to issue you a replacement. There may be a form to fill out, but they can guide you.
