Any almanac will tell you that information. You could also likely do a search for "extreme temperatures" or "record temperatures" on Google or Wikipedia.

To save you time, according the the World Almanac, the coldest temperature recorded in California was -45 degrees on January 20, 1937 at the town of Boca. The highest was 134 degrees on July 10, 1913 at Greenland Ranch in Death Valley.
