Windows 98 only recognises fat or fat32.
A Fat32 partition can only be 30gig.
You will need to create additional partitions for the rest of your drive to become available.
A partition management program would be your best bet.

Along with Gail's suggestion, you can upgrade your BIOS for large hard drive support.... I used to run 120 gig HDD on 98SE without any partitions, but I enabled my bios for large hdd support. If you can't enable yours, then a bios upgrade will surely fix this. good luck :-)

It is likely your harddrive has been partitioned, seperated into different drives. You need some partition software to format the other partitions.
