thisi is what i got:

negate ~p /\ ~q
i got p \/ q

negate k= 0 /\ m < 0
i got k is not equal to 0 \/ m > 0

are these correct, and if not, what did i do wrong?

Your first answer is right. The negation of an "and" statement is an "or" statement where you do the opposite of each part.

You have the right idea on the second. The only problem is that the negation of "less than" is actually "greater than or equal to", because "NOT less than" could be equal--it doesn't have to be greater.
