I GUESS MY NEW QUESTION IS HOW MUCH IN TOTAL WILL I GET IF I HAVE THE CHIP, HEADERS, AND THE FLOWMASTER?? AND HOW MUCH IF I ADD THE COLD AIRN K&N??

not that much more...you still have to have cats on the truck...federal law and it's an OBDII system...The chip and the cold air intake made the biggest difference

Shorty headers are not worth much. The flowmaster will add nothing but noise. The K&N will give you a little, but you are only looking at 10 hp realisticly. Long tube headers make the horses. The shorties do not balance the exhaust any better than the manifolds.

try the cold air and Rather than the headers put the flowmasters on this will give you more bang for the buck than shorty headers. the headers will not do nothing to free up horse power ween they are shorty's.
