Continental Break-Fest!
(It's sort of a play on words of the phrase "continental breakfast" ... "Continental" for the continents, of course; "Break" 'cuz you'd be taking a break from your normal routine' and "Fest" for the festival / celebratory aspect of it!)
I like your holiday idea, it sounds great! But I think you might either be fasting or eating sno-cones on Antarctica's day of the week!
