Look in the yellow pages for Lawn & Garden Centers or for Nurseries and call them until you find one that has bamboo. I have a feeling it won't take you long to locate one. They are a very common plant in L&G Centers.

I HIGHLY advise against growing bamboo plants in the states. They are HIGHLY HIGHLY invasive. You will never get rid of them for one thing. Also, they will grow under and around fences and choke off every plant they encounter. If you want a jungle then grow bamboo, but be careful.
