How do I get an Alaska Airlines e-certificate coupon?

I assume you have and AK Air Mileage plan and have an e-certificate coming to you. About a year ago, they quit mailing certificates, rather a notice on your mileage plan statement or Ak Air Visa statement telling you the certificate is available for use.

If you do not already have an on-line account with Alaska Airlines, go to alaskaair.com and create an account using your mileage plan number. When you log-in, on the home page there will be a link that says "view e-certificates". Click it and go from there.
