We fooled around about 5-7 days ago, although there was no peneteration involved. Now she's having some spotting and some cramps in her abdomen that she noticed on Sunday (1 day ago). She's told me that she's never experienced this before and that she's on day 11 or in the middle of her cycle. From my research, it's too early to have a pregnancy test done. Does this mean that she can be pregnant?

My gf is not on any form of birth control or any medication that I'm aware of. Also this may have occured when the pre ejaculate was transfered to the vagina via her hands or mine through groping or maybe some other way. I did not ejaculate but there were times when the pre-ejaculate was present when we fooled around.

We're both young and very scared. Please help.

Probably not, she should talk to her doctor though, and if she's nervous to talk to her doctor about it, she should take a test within a couple of days.....I'm sure she's fine, if she's young enough in your teenage years your body can do weird things sometimes and be nothing but hormones

Okay, this should help. Day 1 is the day she starts her period. Day 14 - 17 is the days she can get pregnant (if she's healthy and regular). If she's at day 11, then she can't even get pregnant for another 3 days or so.
If that doesn't put your mind at ease, try this : Semen has to travel 5 inches (assuming the PH of the woman doesn't kill it first!) to meet with an egg that may or may not be there. By this I mean that she only ovulates from one ovary at a time, not both. If the semen goes to the wrong ovary, no pregnancy can happen. Her hormones have to be just the right level to accept a fertilized egg.
You're going to be fine. BE MORE CAREFUL next time or just don't screw around..

It's hard to say what's happening with her. Sperm can live outside the human body for a period of time. For example, when testing male fertility, a man typically leaves a sample of ejaculate in a cup, which is taken to the lab within an hour. At the lab the techs and then study the semen for live sperm to evaluate fertility. So ignore anyone who says sperm die when in contact with air. Having said that, it's very unlikely that she's pregnant, but be more careful in the future, and keep those parts far from each other without a condom!

Relax... if she's in the middle of her cycle, she's probably just ovulating- some women experience that every so often. If the cramping or spotting doesn't stop, or her period doesn't come when it's supposed to, it's probably a good time to get to the doctor and make sure nothing else is up. From your explanation, it sounds like the chance of a pregnancy is very small, but jeez, be more careful from now on.

I highly doubt it. Occasionally women might spot between periods that is completely normal. The cramps she is probably feeling is that her egg is being ejected from the ovaries. You did the fooling around so early in her cycle it is highly unlikely. She is most likey just now ovulating so I don't think she is pregnant.

If you want to be safe take a pregnancy test when her period is suppose to start

I really doubt that she would be. The stuff has to be pretty much deposited directly, or it won't "take." You both need to visit Planned Parenthood and get some birth control, though... next time is probably going to be more involved, it usually is. You should go with her there, and take responsibility for this, too. Don't worry, just plan for the future. Those cramps and things could be due to ovulation, worry, age, development of the organs, or many other things.

It is very doubtful that your girlfriend is pregnant. Depending on her age, the spotting and cramps could be due to her body getting used to the menstrual cycle. Here are some websites with more information...

The chances of her getting pregnant from having preejaculate directly inside her are EXTREMELY slim. The chances of her being pregnant from sperm transferred from a hand to her vagina during groping are also very slim. The chances of her getting pregnant from preejaculate transferred to her vagina from a hand during petting is so small that you'd probably have better chances of getting struck by lightning on the same day you won the lottery.

Not likely that she is pregnant, but there's always a chance when you don't take precautions to avoid pregnancy.

She could be. Do a test as soon as you can. If you did get her pregnant, goodluck and I hope you and your girlfriend have a nice relationship.
