I want to be a Japanese school-girl for halloween, and I can't remember what they wear. Well, I guess as long as I look like a FOB, then it's okay...any ideas?

well as far as i know, sexy japanese school girl outfit should be like high skirts, that can see the thighs n tight fitting shirt, not forgetting a lolly pop!!!!

"Sexy" and "Japanese school girl" are not synonymous. The Japanese are a very disciplined culture. The school children wear uniforms - or at least, matching outfits so there are no fashion distractions in the classroom.
I think you should pick something closer to home. "Sexy" should never be the goal.

The girls roll their skirts up so their crotches show. Belts, Playboy brand knee socks and fancy hair things are VERY big distractions in the classroom. Sexy and Schoolgirl are very much synonymous in Japan...and it is pretty sick. I should know, I see it on the train and in the classroom here everyday.
The Playboy schoolgirl socks are VERY popular.

well since it's a sexy outfit i would say short short skit and white blouse. or if you have it sailor suit. alter it so it's tight and short. loose socks with penny loafers. keep your hair in two braids. carry around a lollypop with you sucking it innocently as you go. can you say sexy?
