I do but most a lot don't cause they feel it is just read tape like anything else. Here in Toronto it is seen as a stepping stone for political parties so where is the independent vioce of each community?

No matter what unless you are with the party in power 9 times out of ten you will be ignored, as an individual.

Absolutely. Those are the elections that really count. Those people are the ones you have easy access to when you have something to say and those are the ones that can carry a message to a higher office holder (congress, President) if you ask them. Not only vote for them, but seek someone you like and volunteer for them.

yes those elections are more important to your life than the presidential election because they will constantly affect you
