sure ti is against the regulation to do this, not in basic terms by way of fact your using pirates music yet by way of fact your not even determining to purchase it. the consequence of doing that's which you would be able to probable be Prosecuted and fined a hefty fee definitely. yet whilst your very unluckly consistent with how many music you have been downloading the creators of the music can sue you for a great sort of $ by way of fact of copyright and all. So i could follow paying for the non pirated music.

Technically no, if you're not distributing c.d.'s to everyone then you're free to download what ever you want on your ipod. It's a share type program so you're fine. Honest.
