i wish i could arbitrarily say stop and help, but that's not always a safe response. it's the world we live in my friend....good question, by the way.....

First I would walk by and look to see if that person really needs help, *i've been tricked before*, then stop and help. The world isnt as nice as it use to be.

Depends what the problem is but honestly? Walk by and look...unless its a child, I wouldn't leave a helpless child, because I wouldn't want some child molester or something to take advantage of them.

That depends whats happening!

If it's some guy beating off on the corner, I wouldn't be helping.

I would have to look but then run off laughing and pointing.

depends on what i see cuz if theres a herd of elephants comeing im gonna run, if its something i can help someone with i will probally help, probally, very rarely will i walk by and just look unless im window shopping or you do something to make me look - i dont like people looking at me -
