Leave the building, pray, and find something that seems safe to hide in/under. Or, if you have a car, keys to the vehicle, then get in the car, and drive as far away as possible from the tornado.

Run to the nearest house, and if your in the country go into a ditch, the same thing your supposed to do if your driving and a tornado comes.
