my best friend and i have been having feelings about each other, we have only known each other for 9 months and have started kissing, and making out every chance that we get. it has even gotten to the point that we are "stripping" and kissing and licking and sucking each other... the other day we even had urges to do stuff in the middle of the movie theatre.. we were feeling and squeezing each other while watching the movie. We dont consider ourselves to be in a relationship. Everyone around us thinks that we are dating, but we are not and people wont stop assuming that we do things. We dont want others to find out about this. We are continually being questioned. What should we do?

Wow, I've been there before. Turned out, we started dating. That being said, you are the only two who can define the type of relationship/friendship you're in. However, your actions around your friends and others are giving them ammunition to fire back at you. My dad calls it "the duck test" {if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, etc., it must be.}. Unfortunately, people are going to assume regardless-even if you two were just platonic best friends. But the best way to keep people from really finding out what you're doing...or not doing, is to do everything behind closed doors. But I'm telling you from experience, it's pretty hard hiding that kind of passion from people. They can probably see it in your eyes. :-\

Ok I understand this. You are basically f%ck buddies. I think, if you don't want people to assume that you are dating, that you probably need to do things more secretly. I understand the passion but you may have to find the right place to do it.

Do you hold hands and everything like that in public? That could confuse one as to whether or not you are dating. So if there is nothing there but purely sex then you aren't really in a relationship -I think that is one thing people are having trouble understanding.

if it feels good, do it! It's no one elses business, so if you feel better about keeping it a secret, that's totally fine! Secret relationships are hot too, the whole "don't get caught" adds a certain thrill to a love affair (and I am not referring to cheating whatsoever - thats a different ball game that I dont support at all). Have fun and don't worry about what the others think - they dont need to know, and they dont have the right to know either!
