i dont want to look sluty or trashy. got any ideas for how i can look cool, but elegant, without looking sluty or trashy, yet still be a vampire 4 halloween??

Jet black column dress with a slit (not too high) up the side. V neck or deep scoop. A black satin ribbon for a choker. Black heels. Keep your makeup pale. Smoky eyes with eyeliner only on top (bottom can look trampy in a hurry). Blush should be cool red or pink -- no warm tones. Same for lipstick. Consider using temporary hair dye to make your hair black. Wear long black gloves.
Carry a single black rose.
If you are stuck for cash, head to your local goodwill shop. They will have bridesmaids dresses there for just a few dollars that you can dye black. They might even have a pair of black satin heels or ones that you can dye yourself.

get a nice shorter but not too short ummm about to your knees with fangs and have your hair down with gold and tan makeup with a light light red lip stick and black short heels about an inch and put it with elegant jewlrey and here ya go!
