Is there any way I can block filthy obscene language from my incoming email?

Unfortunately there really isn't. Most email providers do a pretty good job of detecting obscenity but spammers are constantly changing to slip by the detection system. All you can do is mark the mail as spam to help your email providers system.

Pretty much all email clients (online and pc-based) will have Filters. Simply look up Filters in the help, or Google them on the web. You can filter out pretty much any words you want, but spammers are adapting, they will start changing things such as substituting 1 for I and things such as that. Good luck, it is a never ending battle.
