My motto is
Stand and be true.
I stand for my personal integrity and my beliefs and I am true to them and proud to be so. I represent what I believe in. That is the only stand that I can take, the only one that means anything.

It is said that to take a stand, one must do, either for or against it does not matter, just take one, for those who sit on the fence or take no stand have no character and foundation on which to access the possiblities of things either way. As in right or wrong.
It does not matter if anyone else agrees with your stand or not, you will be respected for having stood for something!

Taking a stand simply means fighting for what you believe in, one might take a stand against divorce if they do not believe in divorce. One might take a stand for childrens rights, or one might make a stand for their own opinions.
