we both realize we both still love each other and less than a week later we are still dating each other. Can we still have the divorce annulled and be legally married? I am sorry for this strange question.

Oh please don't be sorry for the question. I don't think you can annul your divorce, but wouldn't it be a wonderful thing to redo your wedding vows and a new commitment for each other.

I'm not sure about the time frame that an annulment would still be effective, however, I do know that something pretty serious was going on between the two of you to go as far as getting a divorce. I wouldn't move too quickly in getting back legally in view of this fact. I'd give myself time to figure out what my emotions are really trying to tell me. It may not be love at all, but the fear of being alone.

The divorce is legal. You would have to be remarried to be married again. The fact is though that most people date for a period after divorce. This is because you are familiar to each other and there is enough change because of the divorce. This usually lasts for a month or two but then you go your seperate ways. Sorry if this disappoints you, but it is the way it is.

The answer to this question depends on the what you are calling "divorced last week", did you file the papers last week or was it final last week, did you stand before the judge and have him/her say...divorced? If it's still in the paper stage, you are still married, in most states you can't even remarry (someone else) for several weeks to make sure that divorce is what both parties want, even after the "judgement" from the bench.

I think you guys should date for now before you get anullment. This is a good time for both you to re- know and love each other.. If you guys get along well and want to again live togther with each other for the rest of your life, i think it will be better that you propose to your wife again~~~~ it will definitely spark thing up by showing that both of you will not walk out of the marriage again without trying to solve problem together.

No. You are legally divorced now. Maybe your divorce was the wake up call you both needed. Good Luck to you both!

Don't know, but to be sure of things how about renewing your vows. Starting over fresh with a new out look, re-writing the memories.
