We are going 22 and are college students on a tight budget and are going to a big Halloween party together in 2 weeks. Any ideas that you don;t have to buy much would be great!!!

you could buy a grass skirt and leis for both of you, each grass skirt should be no more than $10 each, and each lei, $1.
Voilaaa!! That's what I'm going to be, just like my avatar. If he doesn't like the idea of wearing a skirt, then he can wear a tropical shirt and that will look hawaiian also, with some leis.
Cool right?
I can't believe I just gave away my costume...Oh well!

Let him be tom cruise from risky business white button down and white briefs adn you can dress up as a hooker just use the skimpiest clohtes you have and do your makeup like a hooker if he wears breifs theres almost nothing to buy except fo rhte shades if he doesnt have a pair of those

Tape cereal boxes to yourself and hold a knife... Serial Killers
Don a red sheet from the shoulders down. Fill mouth with marshmallow and when someone hugs you spit it out... a zit!
The best costume I saw last year... one nightstand. Using suspenders hold a round table around your waist and don with an alarm clock, lamp, etc. (all superglued down)...

you can go as EACH OTHER. He can wear your clothes and dress as you and you wear his and dress as him.....it wont cost very much- you will probably need to buy him a wig at a party store and he probably wont fit in your shoes but there shouldnt be any other expense. you supply his makeup too. good luck and have fun.

if your on a tight budget.. go as adam and eve.
There isnt alot of accessories you need and you could still make it appropriate. haha. Its classic but still always cute.
