E...all of the above.
1) Most people will laugh at a "fart joke"
2) if done right political humor is just damn funny...while some politicians are just plain ..morons
3) Morbid jokes are really funny..and if you can't handle telling them...don't tell them.
4) That is the point of an INSIDE joke
