Both are a great choice of movies! Saw 2 wasn't scary, but neither was pt.1 But I loved them both, they were just as equally torturous! The grudge 2 was great also. These 2 movies will not be a disappointment to you. I Really like **The Shining**, 13 Ghosts, The Exorcist (w/extra scene her crawling down the stairs and pukes up blood at the bottom), Rose Red (watch the special features on this one! Creepy!), House on haunted hill, Wrong Turn (watch this one through the credits it don't end when the credits scroll:p), Joy ride (A great thriller but not scary) Carrie, All Steven King (besides his stupid Alien/Sci-Fi ones)

I saw Saw 2, but not The Grudge 1 or 2. Saw 2 wasn't scary, just gory.
The scariest movie I've seen (even if I put my hands over my eyes from time to time) is The Exorcist.
Rent Thirteen Ghosts. Some scenes were really freaky.

I didn't see any of the saw movies yet but will probably in the future. Want to see grudge 2. the first one is scary. I saw the ring at night after going to sleep. Although it just a movie, I just can't go to sleep I kept on waking up cus my head is stuck to the video part. It freaks me out when i look at the mirror. that how scary it is.
For people who haven't seen the first one, go rent it and watch it at night.
OHH yea the ring 2 saw it too but I think it less scary

I saw the grudge 2 and it was fricken scary i thought it would be over but i think there will be a grudge 3

I didn't like the grudge movies but I think US film studios generally do an awful job of remaking japanese horror.
If you enjoyed the grudge, though, check out A Tale of Two Sisters and The Audition. 10x better.

yea..the grudge 2 was really good....scary though but really good....but if i saw it again..i wouuldn't jump as much as i did the first time...lol
