On the show they are attending some type of reporting job. In real life Jennifer took time off with her husband and she now lives in Nashville,TN.

Jack was offered a job in London as editor or something of a large newspaper and Jennifer was going to be the traveling editor or something like that, so they left for London with Jack Jr. but abby stayed behind. Oh this was after Jennifer told Frankie it was over and she was back with Jack because he was in remission and all better
