what makes all those cells? i heard germs but idk

well your body starts off as one cell a unicelluar organism, which is the one cell that your parents made. then, that cell underwent something called differentiation. differentiation is when cells split and become different from eachother as they multiply and eventually start taking different rolls in your body. for instance one cell that splits into two. one part of the cell can turn into being a cell that helps your heart beat. and the other part of the cell can be a muscle cell. then, when the cells go through reproduction, hereditary information transmits to the new cells. so cells keep on reproducting and reproducting... as so on?

does that help? im only 16, but im in biology so i just learned it not to long ago!!!
