So, you want an interesting person, but not something boring?!
How about Oprah Winfrey?
Are you interested in movie stars? You can do someone famous like Katharine Hepburn or Hattie McDaniel (she played Mammy in Gone with the Wind).
Athletes? Michelle Kwan? (Figure Skating) Billie Jean King? (Tennis)
Writers? J.K. Rowling , Stephen King, Amy Tan
Politicians? Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter
These are just a few examples. I am sure you can come up with some on your own.

I always thought Benjamin Franklin was a very interesting and important person. Unless this individual need to have a heart beat. Than I really cant think of anyone I feel is important and interesting except for my Mom in today's society. Most individuals in a place of power abuse it these days.
