My ex land loard gave me 60 days to get out of my old apartment and its only been 16 can he throw all my stuff in the alley and dumpsters braken all my stuff. HE keept alot of inportant stuff.(rings neakless nice purses and bags)

That is absolutely illegal. He is guessing that you won't sue him because it is expensive.
See if there is a tenant's rights organization where you live. Do an internet search, and type in: (name of your city or state) tenant law. Or post another question saying where you live, and ask who you can cll or see for help with this.

If he gave you 60 days then you should legally have 60 days. Every state has Tenant and Landlord Rights and Responsibilities. Check with your state Attorney Generals office. Also there are websites that list bad Landlords. You can either check to see is he/she is on the list or add them to the list. Also most states have agencies that will help mediate problems such as these.

call the cops tell them yur afraid and feel yur in physical danger. take pictures don't get hurt stuff can be replaced.
