A street that I grew up near made it on the Tonight Show segment once for odd street names but I never thought it odd.

"Ila Joy "street, Altadena, Ca. I thought it was "Isle of Joy". Also "Herkimer" street "in Pasadena, Ca. But I think the freeway eliminated it. Both are tacky, ugly names. But some names in Pasadena are really pretty, like "Mariposa", and I always liked the sound of "Woodbury Road." and of course "Christmas Tree Lane." a real street in Altadena with tall pine trees all lit up in December--beautiful.

well ummm i know it's in GA but thats it sorry. Okay there was George Bush Road, Sunshine Street, Sunshine road, and well Young America Road. Yes they were all in the same neighborhood!

Shades of Death Rd in NJ. It's a road that runs past Ghost Lake. And in all seroiusness its also supposed to be haunted, what a coincidence.

it isnt unusual just creepy because of the movie "nightmare on elm street"well that said there is an Elm street here in auburn NY
