Okay, my mom offered me a ticket to go with but I'm not sure. In some way I want to see it live and see if anyone I know get's picked. Really I don't believe it's true, but if by chance it were . . Doesn't the Bible say that those powers are evil?

Go and see, then judge for yourself.
We all have some psychic powers. E.g. when we suddenly think of a friend and the next minute the phone rings and it's her. The only thing that's different amongst us is the degree to which each of us is psychic. In most of us, it's at a very low level and we don't feel we have it. But it's there.
Some of us are more more sensitive in picking up other people's electro-magnetic fields - our auras. Everything has energies, including our thoughts and feelings. Psychics are able to pick up these energies of others.
These powers are evil only if used in the wrong way or for malicious intentions. Such people do exist, but most psychics really do want to help others with their problems and troubles.
Even Jesus had such powers, though it's not called such in the Bible.

I'd rather not debate or negate the Bible, because I am a believer. But I also believe that I'd lay a dollar that ALL churches have people in the pews who are in fact believers in spiritulism. No kidding!
As far as SB goes, she really is psychic, but has turned for the buck, if you know what I mean. She is turning out book after book by the trainload, and has learned to believe her own hype. Its sad.
Personally, I think someone who has the gifts of 6th sense, should not take money for it. Its a God given gift, so at the very least they should give back as well. I'm not rambling here, I know what I'm saying on this subject.
I know I've gone past answering your question, just thought it needed more than yes or no. Hope this helps.

Ok really yes I do believe in Sylvia Brown I feel she has some sort of insight and her books are great. after everything I have read about in her books makes me feel better about the here after. So yes do go and maybe she will call on you. ask her a question only you know the answer too and see what she has to say.

I submit to in concepts a mom in the objective industry one time on Montel Williams practice, and became asking Sylvia a pair of lost son. Sylvia outright advised her he became ineffective. It became not genuine. The boy became stumbled on later. I extremely lost any appreciate I had for her. i presumed how unfavorable it became for that mom to get that kind of a marvel on television, then to easily discover out, which became a miracle, the boy became stumbled on alive. i'm very skeptical of psychics. i finished watching her after that. i don't doubt there are people who carry some sort of psychic potential yet i don't think it comes from above. JMO

I do believe her, and I think she has the gifts of seeing and hearing people on the other side. She does bring up GOD in her books, and the light of the Holy Spirit. I do watch Sylvia on Weds. on Montel. I myself like John Edward on WE channel. People do have the ability to see and hear the other side. If you get to go to the show, enjoy and then come to your own conclusions. You may think different after you see her in person. Then let us know, how it went. lol

Yes! I belive that she has a gift to predict things and tell the future. Alot of things that she has talked about or people have asked about she always gives an answer that makes tons of sence! I would love to go if you dont wanna! Just go you might find it interesting.

I personally know a guy who can see peoples auras and the dead. he can also astral project at will. She might be able to do all she claims? I would go and see if she can tell YOU something. If you go try to concentrate very hard and try to contact HER mind to pick YOU!

Check out this link and be a critical thinker. Why should you "believe" while she can't (or won't) provide any proof.
Also she say she helps the police but she won't say what cases and no police department has made any statement that they use any psychics.

I believe her. She has helped many police detectives with on going cases, getting down to the niddy griddy with exact locations where children can be found..etc...
