dont eat till u full ur stomach
try to be active move and work

Get on a healthy diet and workout atleast 3 times a week for 30 mins. You have to remember that healthy foods will help. Don't starve yourself.

You have to burn more calories than you consume. You need to keep track of the calories that you are taking in each day. Your best bet is to get a good pedometer.
They count your steps and equate them to calories burned. I use one and I swear it's the bomb!

exercise daily.........go to the gym every day.....and do a cleansing fast the whole week. no food. only water, cayenne pepper, lemon and maple syrum (haha.......i mean syrup). a gallon first thing in the morning....and drink lots of water during the day. no coffee, fruit, veggies........nothing but water

drink glass of water before during and after a meal. You will eat less. or Dont eat any carbs. or stay away from soda.
