I assume you mean Native American, since a lot of people from India hang out on this board you have to be more specific. Don’t forget that Native American and American Indian also covers the work of the Incas and the Aztecs.

Is a picture of a thatched hut, thatched roofing was popular in Europe up until the Renaissance. In European huts straw was woven together, in this Native American Hut the twigs and green branches of trees are woven together. In a hot climate this creates shade and lets a breeze in, but it is very primitive. You would need a lot of twigs for this design.

Shows one form of an adobe hut, the Pueblo Native Americans built adobe huts into the side of a mountain forming an entire city.
In the American Southwest the most famous construction method was with adobe brick. Adobe brick is made in the following manner: A rectangular form made out of fired clay or wood is used to hold a mud pile, layers of straw are laid out in the mud and covered with more mud. Then it is dried in the sun, you might want to use an oven to dry it. I suggest that you make a wooden tray and make one brick, and cook it. Then you can make a second brick in a glad container, using beads and straw, and then seal it. This will be your model; the beads take the place of dirt, and the clear water would be the mud, you will be able to see the straw in suspension. Finally, you can make a sugar cube rectangular hut, with a door way and a window opening. The openings are covered with cloth, which can stand for the fur skins used to cover them in real life.
Check out Wigwam and Wikiup http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wigwam
A Wigwam covers a huge variety of huts and styles. Typically they are made of young green trees cut down and bent into an arch, then covered with something. The arches can be arraigned to from a tunnel or formed in a circle around the a common center to create a dome. The covering could be thatch, animal skins and hides, grass, brush, bark, rushes, mats, and reeds. The Wigwam is not like a tipi: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tipi which is a conical tent originally made of skins or birchbark and popularised by the American Indians of the Great Plains.
