I like Espen better out of the two. You must have read that news article about the couple who named their baby Espn.

Espen is cute but I don't care for the second spelling becuase it looks like espn and people might have trouble pronouncing it. it is very annoying to have a name that is constantly mispelled and mis-pronounced. don't just give her the name because you think it would be cute. consider the fact she'll have to live with it her whole life.

I had a little girl in one of my classes that was named Espn. Her dad loved sports and she turned out just fine with the unique name.

Personally I wouldn't do it, I couldn't imagine putting my daughter through that kind of torture. However, in the long run nobody can tell you what to name your child so it really is the decision of you and the child's father.
