Usually my outlet is writing. Whenever I get frustrated or upset, I'll write in my online journal. There is just something so therapeutic about pouring your frustrations out onto a screen. By the time I type the last letter, I feel as if this weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Running does it for me... it's the only quiet time I get in my days usually. I can actually think without "Mommy! Mommy!" every two seconds. It's a good way to start the day.

I have two, actually - I like to lift weights in the early morning, that's one outlet.
I also have a motorcycle that I like to "carve canyons" with. I highly recommend both of them.
