Stop analyzing yourself, and just act, and do it with confidence.
The world is too complex for you to even comprehend that ramifications of your actions. Just behave how you see fit, and if you get feedback from people around you, adapt to them as you see fit. Do not make your own "feedback" because you are no way objective regarding your own behavior.
I've been there, and the best thing that happened to me is slowly realizing how much freedom I've got from behaving as myself.

Control your breathing. Practice breathing exercises (look them up on the web). Being breathles creates a feedback loop. Your mind can confuse out-of-breath with anxiety, this then causes an increase in adrenalin which, yepp, increases your breathing rate. It's often used in situations where people want someone on the back foot. For instance, the TV show Dragon's Den has the would-be businessmen climbing a set of stairs t oget to the room where they will make their presentation. They arrive out of breath, and this can trigger poor performance - which makes excellent TV.

technoly how ever you act is being yourself weather you learned that from a friend or seen it on tv! it's a skill that you either admire or wish you had!
I was at this same point about 2 years ago!
asking everyoen how do you be you! how do you be yourself!
mainly people told me if i thought it and didn't' say it then i wasn't being myself!
that helped a little
try going to
Coping.org it's a free website that ask you questions youll find out who you are with those! and most of all you won't feel like your not being yourself when you already are!

Admitting that you're nervous will rather ease your worry and will enable you to focus on your goal or intention. You're prone to committing something you didn't plan if you'd keep it to yourself or end up pretending being somebody else than yourself -- in a sense that you're not being true to yourself.

Try to remember that everyone gets nervous from time-to-time and try not to judge yourself too harshly for it. Don't ACT yourself, just BE yourself. If you do that, you can never go wrong.

deep breaths. put your body at ease, and without the physical tension it will be easier to be yourself. i get really nervous sometimes, and this helps a lot. and just be confident. if they dont like you for who you are, then too bad--you need to have that sort of attitude to be confident.

You have posed an oxymoron. Being oneself is not an "ACT". So, how would one act oneself? One can be oneself, or not, but to act oneself is to be oneself.

So, the best tip is to just be, whatever that is in the moment.

Just chill, and get it in your mind that this is me and if anyone doesn't like it they can take a hike.
