I would have to say boy. My reasoning is this. Look at what the easter bunny does. He takes eggs that little children spent thier time coloring and hides them from them. That sounds a little to mischevious for a female who tends to be more nurturing. If it were a girl bunny she would take the eggs, wash them off to fight germs, then return them in a basket with lots of sanitizer and a pretty bow on top.

i would argue that the easter bunny would have to be a female. the bunny brings eggs so therefore female but i think i have heard people refer to the bunny as "him"
