If the Japanese didn't attack Pearl Harbor and cause the United States to enter the war in Europe, would Germany have won the war? Can anyone provide any links to professional opinions on this?

Well it depends what you mean by 'win'.. if they did not enter then they almost certainly would've taken europe no problem as it was really only the russia, GB and Canada taking on the Nazis at the time. But if you mean Hitlers great plan which was the third reich taking over the world well i would say no as that means the US would've eventually entered the war anyways...

Germany was two years away from a successful ICBM to start nailing the East coast of the US with. They already had done sabotage missions in the US from their uboats. We would have been crippled by missle pounding and had to enter.

If Japan would have landed an invasion force at Pearl Harbor and took the islands, they would have held us up for a while. Maybe long enough for Germany to become too strong for us to take.

If we would have lost, ironically Germany would have killed most of the Islamic peoples and enslaved the remaining to work as oil workers to supply the German machine. The US probably saved the parents lives of the terrorists that attacked us on 911.

to your first question the respond became whilst Pearl Harbor became bombed. the different solutions are incorrect for here reasons. The Zimmerman Telegram occurred in international conflict I, whilst Germany asked Mexico to assist it in a much wider conflict against the U. S.. The Mexicans refused however the anti-German emotions helped propel the U. S. in the direction of conflict. Rommel became beating up on the British before and after Pearl Harbor and Rommel became not liable for the U. S. entering into the conflict. Russia conquered Berlin in 1945, 4 years after Pearl Harbor. To the 2d question the respond is the Polish hall. Hitler definitely made the assertion of increasing German borders to guard German audio equipment who lived their to justify his take overs of the two Czechoslovakia and Austria. yet he did not definitely use militia rigidity till September 1st 1939 whilst he invaded Poland. the two Britain and France pronounced that he would not be allowed to snatch any areas of Poland and extra extra that if he did so it may led to conflict. September 1st 1939 is acknowledged by way of fact the day international conflict II began in Europe. desire this enables.

I did read a book once that opined that Hitler would not have won even if the US had not entered the war. He said that Germany was already losing and wouldn't have been able to continue much longer because their resources were overextended. It was an interesting book. I'll try to remember the author before your question goes away.

I think the allies would eventually have beaten the Germans without the Americans. The English owned the air and sea, therefore blocking vital supplies from reaching Germany. The might of the Russian Army would still have bettered the Germans from the west. The American army, weapons and materiel just speeded up the inevitable.

Germany already had won the war, until the US came in and won it back from them. They had conquered Europe from France to the Russian border, and the British and Russians could never have come in by themselves to get it back without the help from the US.

It would be inevitable. Germany was already plotting the invasion of the United States. He sent a telegram to Mexico which asked for their help in return for the land we took from them in the 1800's. They were as powerful militarily back then as they are now so they didn't take the telegram seriously and told us about it.
