No, he should not be required to speak any differently but children should defiantly not see his speeches its a bad example.
I like watching his speeches they make me laugh.

I would rather have a President that had a good head on his shoulders than one who is a perfect speaker. And I would be really nervous speaking in front of most the world too. Wouldn't you?
We also don't elect people based on ther speaking skills.
