Only one Human. We took him several hundred years ago to study. He really didn't want to go back to 14th century England and asked to go with us. He died 14 of your years later on the Gonfrix home-world and I believe he landed on three separate planets before landing on Gonfrix. His name was Throckmorton Grendle.

Other than Earth, none.

We have sent probes to land on Mars, but they were unmanned. And other missions have flown by lots of the planets in our solar system. But there have only been manned missions landing on the moon, which is obviously not a planet.
