I am acquiring for a school, 6 laptops to a single class. This school however, might take the laptops for themselves or "discriminate" for want of a better word against that class. How do I go about ensuring that the school cannot touch the laptops unless the class itself is shut down.

Let me explain myself better. The school has the ability to seize any electronic device and give it to the IT department. These laptops are for the physics department.
The school could say hey, we need some laptops for project X, physics aint need it that much, leh we take dem.
I aint want non of that. The laptops are to remain to the physics department unless the physics program is shut down.
