"Two people are viciously beaten, one of them fatally, just five blocks apart in a shady part of town. As the CSIs investigate, more beatings are reported nearby, one of which is witnessed by Greg. His decision to intervene leads to extreme consequences. Later, another similar assault occurs in a different part of town and the CSIs must determine whether it is related to their cases or not. "
Pretty well sums it up. Greg laid his life on the line and almost died, but pulls through again. Episode title, "Fannysmaking", alludes to the fact that the beatings are done as "fun" by the local kids to "fanny-pack carrying tourists", because the kids are bored! Heavy on the morality lessons, but good nonetheless.

this could take forever, but on the last episonde greg saved some guys life by stopping a gang beating on him, then he hit one of the people beating the guy with his car, he ended up dying, and then got the snot beat out of him. thats about all that happened last thurs.

Someone got themselves muedered and the team spend the follwing 45 minutes finding out who (same as every other week)

check out cbs.com they give you full episode recaps and i think it allows you to watch the whole show via the internet (if you computer supports it)
