The other people are not being totally truthful.

Pregnancy is different for everyone. You can feel the symptoms of pregnancy from the moment of conception - before implantation. The usual suspects don't happen until implantation actually happens - nausea etc.

But, I felt the effects almost immediately - althuogh it is still too soon to know - I just "feel" different.

Your uterus starts to swell almost immediately and some people notice this.

You won't be able to know for sure until you have missed your first period.

I am only two weeks in - but I would be very surprised (and somewhat sad) if I am not pregnant. I just feel different, like I have PMS all the time, although my premenstral cycle doesn't start for another week. I still have a week and a half to go until I can check. Something is just.... different.

It's way to early, the egg hasn't even implanted itself yet. Stop thinking about it & if you are pregnant you will feel symptoms in about 2 to 3 weeks.

No. Way too early to feel anything except for a cramp where the fertilized egg is implanting in the uterine wall. Many women don't feel that either.
