suck all the helium out and talk funny for a while haha.

If they are helium, I attach a little note with my City and State on it and let them go.
The mylar ones tend to hang around my house until they die from deflation.
The latex ones I stab with a knife and throw away.
I'm curious though -- why do you want to know?

I let my dogs play with them, they're little so they don't pop the balloons easily.

You can do with whatever you want to it. Sure, pop them, give them away to little kids, like your neighbors.

i once put my friends numbers on them and let them go (helium ones). I wrote, "for a good time call Jamie" and included her number.
No one ever got a call....but it would have been cool if they did!
