The video camera that shot the LM launch footage was mounted on the Lunar Rover and was controlled remotely from Mission Control in Houston. The signal commanding the camera to pan upward was sent early to account for the 1.3-second time delay.

I don't mean to be nasty but if you phrase your question a little better I just might be able to answer it. But I will try as it is....
The camera that gave us the shot of the top half of the lander taking off was NOT attached to the lander. It was a few metres away from the lander module.
