I didn't think so when watching the episode, but on several Lost boards I'm reading peoples' theories that Sun killed him. Their reasoning is that her conversation with her father at the funeral indicates that she knew how he died, and that Jin didn't kill him. Also, they point to the beginning scene where Sun lies about breaking the ballerina figurine (foreshadowing her "breaking" both Jin and Jae) as evidence that this was what the writers were hinting at.

I'm not so sure. Anyone want to convince me?

I dont think Sun killed him. Did you see her reaction at his funeral? She was totally miserable. He jumped out of a window. But, maybe..... Sun's father pushed him out of the window because he knew Jin wouldnt kill him. Hmm....

Jin beat him up some, but in the end I think he felt shame and jumped holding the pearls he had bought for Sun

He wasn't in simple terms her English instructor; they have been presented by utilising a marriage arranger (in the past she met Jin) and he or she quite cherished him; then she found out he become making plans to bypass to u . s . a . because of the fact he become in love with American lady; curiously, he did not. sure, they had intercourse - she stated she could not positioned on his present because of the fact she become married. Did he bounce? H*** NO! Her father knew Jin would not be waiting to kill him, so he sent a lower back-up guy. i think of that's why they have been the two on the airplane (undergo in innovations, in the past each little thing she become leaving Jin), because of the fact he become working from her father too.

Sun didn't physically kill him, since she obviously wasn't there to push him out of the window. However, she was involved in the actions that led to him ultimately taking his life, so I guess you could say she was an accessory.
