I know what kinds there are but i don't know what they mean. I know that colts are boys and fillys are girls. but what about geldings, mares and stallions???

Yes, colts are young male horses
Fillys are young female horses
A stallion is a full grown male who has not been fixed, or in horse terms castrated
A Gelding is a castrated also known as fixed, male horse
And a mare is a full grown female horse

Mare - Female Horse 3 years or older
Filly - Female Horse 3 years or younger
Stallion - A Male Horse 2 years or older with its testircles in tact (usually dropping at two years and breeding)
Gelding - A Male horse that has surgically had his testicles removed so he can not breed.
Colt - A Male Horse 2 years old or younger

Stallions - sexually intact male horse (has testicles)
Gelding - sexually altered male horse (has had testicles surgically removed)
Mare - Female horse

Usually the terms filly and colt are used for younger horses before they reach sexual maturity.

A mare is a female, a stallion is a male who still has testicles, a gelding is a neutered male.

Colts are baby horses that are guys to be specific
Fillies are baby girl horses (under 4 years)
Geldings are castrated males
Stallions are uncastrated and tend to be on the wilder side
Mares are the females (4 years and over)

geldings are male horses who have had there balls cut off.Mares are female horses that have had a foal.A stallion is a horse used for breeding and is a male.They tend to be kind of crazy but's that's due to NOT having there balls cut off

colts and fillys are younger than a year I think,
a yearling is a year old, amare is afull grown femail,a stallion is a full grown male
