How do you save music on vcd so it can play on itunes?

i bought the special addition room for squares disc by john mayer a while ago, and it comes with a special vcd disc with one video and four songs. the video and music play fine in real player, but won't be found in itunes. i was wondering if it is possible to save the music files so they can be mp3 format, or any other format itunes will recognize, so it can be played on my itunes and be in my itunes library.

Dude, go to http://www.burn4free.com and encode it into video, then use windows movie maker to trim the video and leave the audio, that simple ^_^
