Well considering that Square Enix made both, it's a really hard competition. Final Fantasy has amazing story lines, (Final Fantasy VII for example) and unforgettable characters. Also, the graphics have gotten so much better over the past few years since Final Fantasy 10 came out.
However, Kingdom Hearts has proven to be a worthy competitor, not only because of the different battling tactics, but because of the unforgettable story line and characters. It took Final Fantasy's best characters, Disney, and an awesome storyline and created a masterpiece! The graphics are GORGEOUS! even in the first one and surpass FFX more than anything, even though it came out like a year afterwards. The battle system is exciting because you can actually attack instead of just clicking, "attack" "magic" etc.
so Kingdom Hearts wins hands down for graphics, story line, and genius combined.
but Final Fantasy is still worthy of playing.

Kingdom Hearts is better I think, but both have beautiful graphics.

i never understood final fantasy...it was like...attack/magic/kiss enemy ***/or run away...and no matter what i did i always lost...so i would say kingdom hearts..... :D

ther both good i would say final fantasy then i also would say KH for like the action and stuff i dont real yknow :D

there both good the games a pretty much the same as they are made by the same company
