I am a Trainee i like to know about the How the Garment industary scenario works...
For Ex: For production of Material: Fabric is being purchased here vendor, PR, PO,GI,GR,etc are done.
Apart from that purchase of trims, tages, bottons, etc are there. it has to be used as additionals?
What is the role of Material management after Procument of Material - Fabric. Then inhouse production or subcontract is going on. in this period is there any role have to be played by MM. If so Please Explain.

Read the procedure provided by the entity.
You may need to find them or ask your boss.
If not it should be written up and followed, need be revised from time to time.
Search USA government site and borrow the whole thing, it is in public domain, if it is on site that you can enter.
