Yahoo used to have a game called Typer shark, not sure if they still do, but it's good practice and a fun game too.

Only practice is going to help. The querty keyboard is actually designed to slow tying speed. Thats bc the keys on manual typewriters would get stuck together if they were hit in rapid succession. There are sentences specifically designed to help speed up your typing. They contain all letters in the alphabet & you just type them over & over.
"The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog." is the only one I can remember.

I used a program called southwestern keyboarding pro. I purchased it at the college bookstore. It was awsome. Practice is also good.

there's a few free flash games you can download to help you with your typing. words scroll across the screen and you have to type them in. great for getting you to look at the screen whilst getting used to the movement of typing. sorry i can't give u links or names but google it and u should find it OK.

Oh I can type real fast. Fifty words a minute. All rubbish. Or ten words a minute. Most legible.
